How to send Email in Laravel

In this tutorial we learn how to send Email in Laravel.So here we using core method Mail
Step 1:first setup smtp credentials in your enviroment file

MAIL_DRIVER="smtp"
MAIL_HOST="smtp.gmail.com"
MAIL_PORT="587"
MAIL_USERNAME=""
MAIL_PASSWORD=""
MAIL_ENCRYPTION=""
MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS=""
MAIL_FROM_NAME=""

Step 2:then in your controller import Mail Class

use Mail;

Step 3:then in your controller function for sending mail with html body like that

                $append_email_body="<h1>Hello tets</h1>" ;
                $data['content']= $append_email_body;
                $data['to']= '[email protected]'; //reciever email
                $data['to_name']= 'Raju';//reciever name
                $data['subject']= 'For Test Send email in laravel'
             
                try {
                    Mail::send('mail', $data, function($message) {
                        $message->to( $data['to'], $data['to_name'])->subject($data['subject']);
                        $message->from(env('MAIL_USERNAME'),env('MAIL_FROM_NAME'))->setBody($data, 'text/html');
                     });
                } catch (\Exception $e) {
                   // dd($e);
                }
