Hi you see your error lines they saying a extension is mission on your xampp on this line
 C:\xampp\php\ext\php_mcrypt.so.dll

so follow me to download php_mcrypt.so.dll file

https://pecl.php.net/package/mcrypt/1.0.3/windows

here choose wisely which is your operating sysytem windows7   or  windows8 or  windows10
then check processor type
32 bit x86 or 64 bit 64x 

then click on link to download the zip file

after download unzip that zip and you found two files
php_mcrypt.dll
php_mcrypt.pdb

copy both files 

then go to your xampp this location
 C:\xampp\php\ext\

then paste both files here

then after got to xampp config settings and then find this line if not have then add this line
extension=php_mcrypt.dll

then restart your xampp
